Precise treatment is performed in accordance with individual patients’ conditions. In addition to drug therapy, concrete plans for nutrition and exercise therapy are made, and it is evaluated whether or not these plans should be continued at every consultation in order to provide appropriate treatment. Consultation system/therapeutic strategies We contribute to patients’ health and longevity by comprehensively managing multiple risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and chronic kidney disease, in addition to endocrine diseases, which require high-level specialization, and prolonging the organ lifetime. We are making efforts to prevent cardiovascular/metabolic disorders related to diabetes. An educational class for diabetics is held. In the Diabetes Outpatient Clinic, guidance, such as dietary guidance and exercise therapy, is given in accordance with individual patients to improve their lifestyle. Activities by members of a social gathering for diabetics, “Ito-kai”, are regularly performed.
