We are preparing talented people to work in the food service industry of the future. Learn restaurant operations through practical experience Practice real restaurant operations in school, learn real world culinary skills and the knowledge and skills needed to service customers. We have prepared a dual practical training program to help you understand what happens at real restaurants (paid practical training) With 150 hours of paid practical training at operations facilities outside of school, you won’t only learn skills, you will also learn team work and a good mental attitude. Practical experience at the Shohakuken Restaurant Learn how to put your skills into practice at the “Shohakuken Restaurant”, a working restaurant  located on campus, where you can get overall practical experience in restaurant cooking and service. Practical Confectionary Skills Education On-site training at the “Le Printemps Confectionary Workshop”, a working business located on campus, where you can learn a full range of practical skills including product planning, preparation and sales.
