These findings were derived using FADS mice* developed at the Toyama University.The future development of a periostin inhibitor (CP4715) as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of pruritus in atopic dermatitis will be a boon to patients suffering from itchy atopic dermatitis. *FADS mouse: Facial Atopic Dermatitis with Scratching mouse
