For advancing further safety and security of water supply for drinking and healthcare purposes, I have currently committed research projects targeting water purification plants and healthcare facilities in Japan, regarding (1) evaluation/control of microbial risks incl. non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), and (2) identification/characterization of microbes with high endotoxin producing potential.
